The Social Entrepreneurship Accelerator Exchange, SEA Xchange, is an intensive one-week learning program of social entrepreneurship that will be held from August 31st until September 4th at Sétif area in Algeria.

This program is designed for the young innovators in order to solve the surrounding social issues in their community. The program brings together aspiring ChangeMakers from different countries to Algeria in order to teach young Algerian innovators how to kick-start their own social ventures.

The goals of the program:

• Spreading social entrepreneurship understanding.

• Engaging youth in finding solutions for social issues.

• Implanting social entrepreneurs’ mindset in young people.

• Unlocking creativity and giving young people the courage to initial their own projects according to international standards.

• Creating a lasting network of young social entrepreneurs.

Throughout the program, participants will deepen their understanding of social entrepreneurship and sharpen their skills through team project addressing a social issue in Sétif area and the Algerian community. At the end of the curriculum, teams are supposed to compete for the best social innovative venture.
