Moroccan startup Userguest, which enables hotels to optimise their revenues, has closed a EUR2.2 million (US$2.4 million) round of seed funding as it prepares for rapid expansion and product innovation.
Founded in 2018, Userguest is a fully automated tool that enables hotels to optimise their direct revenue from their website by curating personalised messages and intelligent incentives for visitors.
The startup’s EUR2.2 million ($2.4 million) seed funding round was led by Al Mada Ventures, and featured CDG Invest, Saviu Ventures, UM6P Ventures, Kalys VC, Plug & Play, and esteemed business angels Philippe Limes and Thane Kuhlman.
