• UAE-based SaaS provider Shipsy has acquired Stockone, an Indian cloud-based warehouse management system (WMS) and inventory management solution provider, for an unknown amount.
• Founded in 2015 by Dhruv Agrawal, Himanshu Gupta and Soham Chokshi, Shipsy is a logistics SaaS provider. Meanwhile, Stockone, founded in 2017 by Karthik Bala, is a cloud-based WMS for retail and e-commerce industries.
• The acquisition will allow Shipsy to offer a holistic logistics management experience across transportation, warehouse management, and fulfilment.

Shipsy, a leading logistics Software as a Service (SaaS) provider, has completed the acquisition of Stockone, a cloud-based warehouse management system (WMS) and inventory management solution provider, to expand its product portfolio.
