Agrytech Hackathon
Berytech's Agrytech Hackathon calls on innovators to develop and build working prototypes for agri-food solutions, which they will then be pitching to a panel of judges.The hackathon will be taking place from March 31 - April 2 at the Berytech Technology Pole, Mkalles, Lebanon.
Individuals and teams of various backgrounds are eligible for the hackathon, including technical developers, engineers, agronomists, food experts, designers, and business-minded and innovative problem solvers.
The program is open to Lebanese, Syrians and Palestinians residing in Lebanon.
Participants can develop their solutions for any viable agri-tech issue, knowing that they will be required to pitch a functioning prototype and present a sustainable business model.
First prize winners will take home $3000 in cash, plus a spot in the Agrytech Acceleration Program, with access to $40K in grants and business support. Second prize winners will receive $1500, along with the same acceleration opportunity.
