AngelHack’s 9th Global Hackathon Series is coming to Gaza on May 6-7, 2016. The event will take place at the new Gaza Sky Geeks accelerator space.

AngelHack organizes innovation events and hackathons around the world. Their global AngelHack competition is their flagship event, where 10,000+ developers from around the world come together for a chance to enter the HACKcelerator program and showcase their work in Silicon Valley. 

For the first time, AngelHack will be announcing the annual Code4Impact Award this year. The award recognizes emerging tech startups that demonstrate social responsibility.

The top three teams from around the world who with the Code4Impact Award will be invited to participate in the 12-week HACKcelerator program, after which one winner will receive a travel stipend to participate in the 5th annual global demo day in San Francisco. There, they will pitch to some of the most prominent accelerators and investors in the world.
