TEDx Casablanca 2013 - Morocco
On December 12, 2013, the third annual edition of TEDxCasablanca is taking place in Casablanca, Morocco with the theme "Fly me to the moon."
TED is a nonprofit organization devoted to Ideas Worth Spreading. Started as a four-day conference in California 26 years ago, TED has grown to support those world-changing ideas with multiple initiatives.
In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share aTED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group.
TEDxCasablanca is providing a platform for leading speakers and storytellers to create a platform to unleash the community’s potential and provide community members with opportunities to spread their ideas and share success stories. The audience will be made up of students, entrepreneurs, innovators, industry leaders, and change makers.
Speakers will include Vanessa Branson, founder of la Biennale de Marrakech, Hicham Oudghiri, NY-based founder of Enigma, Mohamed El Wali, founder of Sahara Labs, and much more.
